Barret Espe is a seasoned commercial land broker & entrepreneur specializing in Central Texas. He works with a variety of local and national clients, helping craft the appropriate strategy to best meet their specific goals while navigating the rapidly-changing Central Texas commercial real estate market.

Before founding Haystack Real Estate Partners in 2022, Barret held leadership positions at a couple of growing commercial real estate companies. His experience includes seller, buyer, landlord, and tenant representation services across multiple states. He has also participated in multiple development and investments ranging from raw land to fully-occupied investment properties.

Barret serves on the board of the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR) and is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Barret graduated with a B.A. in Business Management from St. Edward’s University.
